I photograph the unscripted parts of a wedding day; the held breath before vows, the laugh that escapes mid-toast, the walk back to the car when no one's performing anymore.

Ten years spent in emergency medicine have taught me to notice what's true under pressure. I bring the same attention to a wedding day: present, unhurried, and a little in love with the chaos of it all.
